Heather, you are truly an inspiration; you are doing GREAT!

Just a little warning, though-- around here, they call those lower back tattoos "tramp stamps"!!

Default awful photo but could I get a tummy tuck covered?

thank you all for the kind words - i know i will probably not get a tattoo i do like them on many people but i do also think they can look trashy on others so i am torn & there is a small part of me that wants a "tramp stamp" if i got a divorce I will be only 39 when the youngest graduates high school and if things arent better by than I am pretty sure I would leave my husband and return to full time working but for now I have 5 years to make the best of it work only part time and enjoy my time with the kids - we go to counseling and I hope we can work things out.....

As for loose skin i do have the roll when i sit down but when i stand up its not really that bad so i dont know if I will get skin removal covered - I wont even begin to try until i am 1 year out and our insurance says it will cover it if there is a significant weightloss (Dr said 100 lbs is the magic number) but will they need pictures of loose sagging skin few months ago it was sagging hanging at my hips a little onto my thighs hanging over my undies it was bad but it has tightened up now when i sit i hate the roll i have above my shorts... so I wonder how tough they on approvals of tummy tuck and only time will tell if the Dr will even recommend me to have it done after a year out....I also have gone back ad forth as to if I even want the surgery - so many have talked about the pain being worse than the WLS and the scars swelling and i cant remember everything else bad that i read but I will need to decide if its worth it after a year..... - ok this is a scary picture of me in a 2-pc and I would NEVER wear it in public but just to show you the tummy - Do you think I could and what do I say to get the tummy tuck covered? or am i out of luck because its not a saggy as I would expect after losing 90 pounds.....& I would need to self pay???

I don't think that looks bad at all! You look fantastic and I think you may just be SOL if you want a tummy tuck. You should see the sharpei that lives under my shirt!

OMG, Heather, you look great! I wish I could look that good in a 2 piece, but it's never gonna happen. I think your skin doesn't look bad at all

Heather,

I think you are doing fantastic, and you look awesome. It's hard sometimes when I focus on wanting to be in that century club.......that's basically goal or within a few pounds of it. So that is not so easy to reach as it is for others who start with more to lose. I know you will hit it soon, and it will be a great feeling for you. But you are already a great success and inspiration!

Wow, you look amazing and have done so well! It's obvious that you're feeling good about yourself - and that's wonderful! I am with you on the tattoo...thinking about one but can't figure out what to get.

Congratulations on such a successful journey!!!

ok i would NEVER feel good enough to wear the 2-pc out of my own house ok my own back yard as long as no one was over! but I agree i think i am SOL on getting a tummy tuck covered by insurance and I am so torn as to if i would want one since it isnt that bad - i need to get off my lazy butt and do situps! i got this great machine that works amazingly good obviously for as little as i have used it because it is a killer the next day - you only do 3 minutes total each day and you dont feel anything the first day or the second but by the third day i am done i dont touch the thing for another month.....its called a torso track i think i need to do it more than 3 times a month instead of a tummy tuck - now for the breat lift do they ever cover that? my boobs have gone from a D to about a B i HATE it...i now wear push up bras that when you take them off my little boobs hurt.....any suggestions? I want my boobs back....
