It gets worse before it gets better....I am going through this now. I feel so good and almost at 4 months post op and down over 60 lbs. I can wear a X/1X at Penningtons, yet can't fit into at 24 or 26 at another store. It is SO frustrating. To make matters worse, all I can see in the miror is skin and flabby legs. I NEVER had flabby legs...i do now. I wear a bathing suit all the time at work, and it is so frustrating. I just keep reminding myselft that this is just part of the process - the day will come when I have a panni, and the skin will be gone.

You are doing very well at your weight loss and I know its hard to keep positive all the time, so cherish the WOW moments and don't worry about the dressing room mirrors..........they are awful!

Sandy I am sorry you feel that way about your self. I have big thighs and it was hard to look at them for awhile but it is something you come to grips with or you do something about it. Like you said, you expected more then what you are seeing. Give it time.
