You look great! You are definitely too hard on yourself....the dresses look nice on you. Your daughter is a cutie too.

Week 21 and another year older. Lesson this week. Stress is not my friend after GBP. I have a pretty low stress life, but when things get stressed, then my pouch is not happy and doesn't tolerate food very well. I had an awesome weekend camping with my family and we had friends out to the lake. On the way home yesterday, a converstation in the truck had me in tears. It was stupid really, but you think I could eat after that - not! So I had cheese and pickles at 9pm last night for my birthday supper. I think I will just skip birthdays from now on.

Not having a birthday cake was harder on my family than it was for me. Doesn't even phase me that I couldn't have cake - I don't even want to. But apparently my family needs to have cake on my birthday.......or feels the need to discuss it until it drives me crazy.

The surgery was done on me, but impacts everyone around you on so many levels.

Next year, I will make a birthday cake on my birthday for my family...so they can handle the day and let me get on with mine!

One other lesson: Don't eat a marshmellow...........a mini dump!

...ok, I am venting........I feel better now.

I did a few pics again last night (like I don't have enough already!) Managed to do a side by side pre-op and then now. Long way to go, but its a good start!

Thanks Whitney......I needed that....almost 1/2 way there...so feeling ok about that...I just need to be patient and be accepting of 10-12lbs a month for now.....its a long haul, but a lifetime of being healthier.

Hey, time for new pics from you too! I can't wait!
