hello my Lisa

hope you are enjoying your trip

i saw in some posts you were asking how you stop losing, well i dont have a for sure answer, but something i noticed in the expectations and charting thingy this morning; http://www.thinnerself.com/files/Expect_Chart.htm

it says to maintain the weight you are at now, you must take in a certain amount of calories, and it states the amount for your chart - mine says 1777 calories needed to maintain my current (which im not ready for yet of course). not sure if that will help you or not, but thought id mention it.

Hi Carrie, yes doing good here in the city...gonna shop more tomorrow after the conference..all is going very good, even had supper with my mom tonight and that went surprisingly well. I AM SMALLER THAN HER! She handled it ok..she loved my clothes and wants some, felt good.

Hey thanks for the reminder about the chart...I enter stuff there all the time, but forgot about the calories thing.

Until later.........weigh in on Monday!

Sounds like you are having a great time at your conference Lisa. Especially enjoying the shopping!!!!!

What is your favorite store to shop at now? Enjoy every minute of it you have worked hard to get where you're at.

Be sure and give us a weight update when you get home. Maybe you won't need to though because if you hit goal I am sure we will hear the squeals of delight from you.

Enjoy your get away!!!!!!!!

The Truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

The scale reads today...................180.4 ! Uggh....If I don't go on the weight watchers scale, which has the decimal, one time it says 180, then 181, then 180!!!!!1

Tomorrow is my official anniversary...and I so want it to read 179.9 just to say that I did it.

So I can't lie, but do you think it would be fine to say I made it with 180.4 ??

Hopefully tomorrow I won't have to need this answer and it will be in the 179.9 area....we shall see.

I am SO CLOSE!
