Default 10 lb journal

OK Bridg So I really started this three days ago, but I'm gonna begin the journal for today. I want to lose 10 lbs... or more I'm beginning today at 144

This morning coffee. 250 banana 100

Workout 30 minutes intermitent(sp?) run, jog, walk. All I had time for

Lunch LARGE salad with vinegartette dressing, pecans, and crumbled blue cheese. 350 (who'd a thunk?)

So far that's 700 and no dinner or snack yet.....

OK celery, but that's a zero.

A handful of pecans and that's that 40 NUTS

Artichoke for dinner 100 to be safe.

AND I'M done that's 840 give or take so I can definately have that glass of wine.... or two.

BTW sipping on water through a straw is REALLY killing my munchies!!!! Wish I'd started this months ago!

Right on, bothcy - great job!! At first,I was wondering how "coffee" could be 250, because I was thinking regular coffee...and then i remembered that you and I are Starbucks kindered spirits (except I can't have it anymore due to the Opti-fast)...

You use a straw? They told me to never use a straw you swallow too much air. Does it bother you at all?

I use a straw, too. In the beginning, I didn't use one because I would swallow too much. Now, I learned how to sip and not gupl a bunch of drink and air.

snack apple twice 160

dinner lean cuisine maybe 150 out of the 300

Tomorrow I'm gonna try to get in about 1200 or 1300 to trick my metabolism

Your doing great chicken! From what I see.. if your trying to lose and you cant give up that fabulous "coffee" (PS you should be posting the calories in that too.) Ya gotta cut the white carbs! Getting carbs from the artichoke and salad is awesome.... but the stuff that comes from white flour... no bueno!

Someone once said, dont eat something that doesnt come out of the ground and look the same way on your plate, ie You dont see marshmellow trees.. in our case, you dont see bread trees, pasta trees.. etc. Otherwise keep up the great work with your journal and keep it real my lil chick a dee!
