Default 6 lbs down

Well posting every little thing I ate got boring, but I'm still tracking and I'm down 6 lbs. I'm suprised at how fast this is working. If I'd known it would be this easy now I'd have done it DURING the holidays. I think it has a lot to do with the amount of water I'm drinking now. I was really slacking bfore not to mention eating junk.

BTW calorie king GOOD SITE.

Mac n cheese is probably closer to 1/2 cup. It was Stoffers TV dinner kind which is LOADED with cal.
I'm drinking LOTS of water. I probably fill up my big 40 oz. sipper 4 times a day? Maybe more? I really don't track... just drinking all day.... and peeing.

Default Not really

I think I should be happy, but then I think "No you can go up and down three lbs in a day... 5 lbs is nothing. That's ok though, I'm still at it. But I feel like a loser!!! Not in the good way either.
