Alrighty then....I know I have been bad about updating but my weight has remained the same so not much to say. No more "WOW! I lost 5 pound this week" moments anymore. I have had quite a few people come up to me in the last week and comment on my wieght and that the last month the wieght loss has been the most apparent so I must still be losing inches. I did buy a belt about 2 weeks ago and I have already worked through to the last buckle.....I just figured it stretched? I still see my trianer on Tu, Th, for weights, I do cardio M-F and sometimes Sa and I do Yoga M & F and body sculpting on T &Th. I have noticed a big increase in the amount of lose skin on my things and it really bothers me, makes me sad I can't wear short shorts like before because my legs are wobbly even though they probably have the most muscle content of my body........they should be rock solid. I am going for a body wrap tomorrow, hopefully it will help-even if just temporarily-with tightening some of the skin........so it says! I have been so sleepy and tired lately, I can't figure out why, besides the fact that I run myself ragged all week, but I had some labs done last week and will be interested in seeing the results. I have tried to up my protien since I kind of slacked for a bit.....I always get my morning 25 grams with my tea but after that I was getting more fruits and vegie's than protien. I am leaving for the east coast and a much needed and earned vacation in one week! I am still 4 lbs off my goal of 170 by the time I leave.......getting down to the wire Maybe some of the pictures will be flattering and I will share.......seems like every picture I take nowadays I hate!

Thanks for thinking of me and Congrats to you Karin........I need some money and surrogate mother cuz I am just not feeling "done' yet!

You have done a great job! I would be interested in your labs. I was low on B12 and was soooooo tired, lethargic even. Also, being low on iron will make you tired also. Hopefully you are taking B12 and iron supplements!

Well I thought I had updated this lastnight but there was nothing here when I came to see? So anyhow, things are great. My weight loss slowed to a mere crawl for about 2 months or more and I was frustrated because nothing changed in my routine but I wasn't disappointed cuz I felt really good. I have been crazy busy since school has been out traveling, camping and enjoying life. I went to North Carolina....ALONE.....it was one of the best weeks as Brittany I have had in a long time. It was nice to not be a Mom and wife for a while. Shortly after coming back I took the kids camping at San Elijo, our very first tent camping trp.....had a blast and the weather was amazing. The sun was shining by 6am! We just got back from a week in Vegas where my boys competed in The IMAC World Championships (Karate). They didn't place but we had too much fun to be upset about that! They did great. I did better though losing more than 7lbs! Must've been the swimming, walking and sunshine! Plus in that heat you are drinking even more water than normal and I am sure that didn't hurt! I still work out 5-6 days a week and when I see my trainer I am the gym 2X's that day. Life is pretty spectacular, I now weigh less than I did when I got married....by 4lbs. That was my lowest goal so anything else is just icing. I am not enjoying the skin and wrinkles but I'm trying to move on
