Thanks for the pat on the back
I got another great compliment today.....atleast I think it is. I was grabbing plastic plates and forks for cake at my sons party tonight and 3 women and some children (all together)were in the isle too. One lady about my age was staring at me but it wasn't too obvious-not like stalker staring and then she says. You look like Anna Kournikova. That is the second time (the first was about 4 years ago) a complete stranger has said that. I was so flattered I must've floated out of the store. I think she is beautiful and although I think the woman who made my day was near sighted....I appreciated it and thanked her for her kind words.

I have decided I am much better off busy. I do really well when I don't have time to be idle....too much of doing nothing gets me in trouble. So I decided to see what I had going on in the next couple of months to see where my weakest points would be and prepare.....I didn't realize how much I have going on In April Lili starts dance on Wednesdays add to that Tu,Th and Sat Karate for her plus Friday karate for the boys. Then I train on Tu, Th mornings and walk M, W, F mornings plus we have Lili's birthday, her party, 5 days of camping, Easter and a Karate tournament. Then in May is Kaden's b-day, a party for him, a full weekend karate tournament and hopefully a full week vacation for me to the east coast (I really need it). Then in June we have a week and 1/2 till schools out then camping on the beach for 3 days, Lili's 1st dance recital (awww) and we finish off the month camping in Vegas (well the girls will be camping, me and the boys will be in a hotel ) for World Championships...another karate tournament. We will probably extend that trip through the 4th of July cuz Vegas has to put on a good show, right? And I have to squeeze in Dr's appointments, baby showers, friends birthdays and playdates.......Ok, I need a nap just thinking about it. Well atleast my kids won't say their bored or that they ever do anything, right?

I keep gaining and loosing the same two pounds and I am honestly irritated. GRRR! Alrighty, now that that is out of the way....I just got a pictue of me in the mail from a red light camera, not a good day. I was pretty sure that buy the time the flash went off I was into the intersection already but apparently not It was raining and I made the decision to not jeapordize skidding out and went through it...that is going to be an expensive decision.
I am in a mood slump so forgive the lack of posting. All my husbands hours and being alone isn't good for me...I've becomesort of introspective and the questions I keep finding my self asking aren't pretty. We have had many applications at the store but all have bailed on the interview. Please pray we get someone reliable in there soon......

I am constantly feeling on the verge of passing out. Last night after I worked out I had to sit inmy car I was shaking so bad adn all I did was 23 minutes on the elliptical and less than 10 on the treadmill at 20% incline. Thank God my mom stopped by and had a banana in her car it helped with the shakes but i still felt liek crap. I am eating plenty.......way more than most of the others onthis board AND i take my vitamins and supplemets religiously. I can't figure it out. I am tired too.....it's one extreeme or the other.......can't sleep or allI wnat to dois sleep. I have upped my iron from 5 pills to 10 pills and upped my B-12 to 3x's a week becuase even thouh my Dr said everything was in normal ranges I found out they are very low within the normal range I just hope I don't pass out on my trainer today.....well, come to think of it maybe he'll relax on me a little if I pass out! Just typing this has made me need a nap.....
Other than that I am pretty good.

I would DEFINITELY call your doctor and get seen right away. You may have an electrolyte imbalance. They can do some blood work and you will find out right away. I wouldn't wait on this. What if you pass out while driving?

I have been trying to get back on track. I couldn't stand that I was fighting those same 2 lbs for solong. I was truly frustrated. I think I have gotten past them but lo and behold I am PMS'ing and anything chocolate/sugary is calling my name and I am having difficulty walking away. Not to mention the stress of my husband working at night and thinking he needs to sleep 12 hours when he gets off....having 4 kids alone all day every day is more than I can handle after 6 weeks of it. I amon hte verge of a nervous breakdown adn all he can say is "you don't knwo what it takes to work all night" Working in the dark for 8 hours doesn't give him the right to ignore the family and sleep for 12 hours. I let him have it on Saturday. I can't wiat to have my life back. The kids will be better for it too...I have little patience especially with the bickering and whining.
I have been to the gym as usual I just haven't been logging it. It's always the same crapola anyhow. I walk M,W,F 3 miles and I train Tu, Th and I go to the gym at night usually 4-5 times a week. I have been slacking on the weekends thought........everyone needs a break.
I have been on track with my vitamins and supplements and getting in enough protein.....

I did it......now pray I don't struggle with the next two like I did the last 2 I am finally at 177. 7 more lbs to my next goal.
