WOW!

Sounds like you have got off to a great start. I don't know that I felt like doing yard work so early out.

Glad you are doing so well. I have been at a stand still as far as the weight loss goes. Everyone says it will come though so I am trying to be patient.

Laurette, you have been my cheerleader so now I return the favor. I think you are doing a great job with lot's of energy. I really thought the weight was just going to melt off and then I found out, it has a brain of it's own. I can not give you an advice on "patience" because it has not quite taken over me yet. However, I can tell you that my 3 month experience so far has been about taking baby steps and cherishing each day that goes by. Look at what you have accomplished in the short time, which is ABSOLUTELY great!!!

Your energy really inspires me and I hope I can inspire you!!!

Ms. Ready, you remain one of the most inspiring and enthusiastic people on this forum. If anyone here has a possible career as a motivator, it is you.

Thanks, as always!

Laureate,

Thank you for your positive outlook. You are an inspiration and a rock in this community. Don't worry about the weight. Follow your surgeon's and your nut's guidelines and it will start to melt. I'm sure any day now you will see movement. Good luck on your continued positive recovery.

Ardita, everyone, thanks. And the scale is beginning to move again. That, and the removal of my drain yesterday are cause for great cheer!
