Isn't it just amazing how surreptitiously thing happen????? You'll have to update us on whether she was the topic of conversation on Monday. You may have to come up with a strategy on how you will handle the conversation if they do start yakking! Do you think you'll say anything or just stay silent? You will probably have a bit of a smile on your face knowing that the conversation was going to happen. I guess it will depend on your mood and what the others have to say. Let me know!!!!

OH trust me I know I will want to say something, but Im not going to. Not because Im scared, but because of being new. I don't want to start off burning bridges, and also I know that they are ignorant to this whole journey and process. So I feel that for now its best to just keep quit. Besides after Im there awhile and I have a year or two behind me, I will have a much better leg to stand on. You know what I mean, like by then I can say look Ive done this journey, and I have this many years behind me with this amount of success.

Oh I can totally understand, the pressure you must have felt. My job is a little less stressful. Plus I have a assistant, which helps a lot.

Wow...good for you for staying quiet. I couldnt/wouldnt have been able to do it...

You know what I would do...I think I would take a double picture frame to work. One with the OLD you and one current one. Sit it on my desk and not say a word about it. THEN, when/if they ask about the other person in your picture you can tell them that was you last year before you had that most disgusting surgery that they hate so much.

They will look like and feel like total idiots.

Congrats on the new job, by the way!
