I'm taking the plunge to a lower weight.

I'll save this space for my background story, but for now... I'm going to bed, because tomorrow... I JUMP IN! Head first? Feet first? Belly flop?

However I end up, I hope after tomorrow I'll join many of you on the "Loser's Bench" and work on using my tool to stop binge eating and eating crap food.

Thank you all for sharing your wonderful and not so wonderful stories, they really have helped me.

But... I'm scared. Okay, good night!

Goober has left the OR, and is on her way to recovery. Doc says that she is doing well, and had no complications.

Make room on the bench for her Woot!

me: wow.. small sleeve.. is that good??

me: sipping does suck- big fat lemons, lol

gooberific: yeah. it's about the size of my thumb. i'm on aim on my phone.

me: ok
me: you feel okay otherwise? I can update your thread

gooberific: this was the 13th sleeve for him. yeah just nauseous now and then.

gooberific: sure you can update.

gooberific: my surgeon's team came by and gave me a tummy bear

me: what is a tummy bear?

gooberific: a stuffed bear to hold against your tummy when you cough or breathe deeply.
