I buy it in the individual packets, put apparently you can get a tub of it and measure it out each time if you prefer. Maybe it's cheaper that way. But it's only something like $12 I think for a box of 120 servings.

If you put it in a drink like Crystal Lite, you'll have to shake it up or stir it occasionally, unless you drink it pretty fast, or it will start to settle on the bottom. But stirring or shaking occasionally isn't really a problem. I usually put some in my protein shake, and for some reason it doesn't settle in there. I think because it's a thicker liquid. You can also mix it in food, like yogurt or pudding. And I detect absolutely no taste at all. I love this stuff.
