Fantastic Dan! I had my surgery on 4/6/09 and have lost almost 70 since that day. Dosnt it feel awesome? Keep up the good work

Congratulations!! Wow, that's amazing...both of you (Dan and Lisa)

Just promise that you're taking your vitamins and eating enough each day please? Reading through some of these threads, one thing I've come away with is the need to be aware of how important it is that you're doing so.

That is so great and very encouraging! I need to loose a total of 150 pounds and this website is very uplifting to see that real people like me can actually do it! CONGRATS on being a loser!

First visit with surgeon post-op 8-6-2009 @ 276

30lbs down 120 to go!
