I'm sorry that you have gained, but glad you came back to a great source of support. What do you think are some of the reasons you've gained?

Don't feel bad. I got off track this last weekend bad. I have now taken off the weight I put back on and am hoping to start losing again. I'm writing my food down again. That really helps.

Glad you are back here to help kick start your weighloss again. Sounds like you got your head where it needs to be to once again make your surgery a success.

When you say you gained. How much are we talkin?

Hej Julez!
You might want to do a search on "5 day Pouch Test" or 5DPT which will bring your wls back on track within 5 days. It will help you go right back to surgery era and "shrink" your pouch so that you'll feel EMPOWERED again!
Best wishes,
Vim
