I'm proud for ya, kid!

It's an awesome feeling when that scale keeps going down, instead of up, isn't it!

I wouldn't touch cottage cheese before the surgery but now I add crushed pineapple and a strawberry and a pkg. of spenda (a spoon full of cheese and pineapple) cut up strawberry and pineapple and mix up it taste great now and Wendy's chili with sour cream and sherded cheese mash the bean before swallowing

Where in Texas are you? I found that making a crockpot of pinto beans works...i make a pot for the week and eat some 1 meal a day...and I know the heat..it was 104 here yesterday...walking is harder...how about water aerobics...it will help you alot in this weather...also do you have stairs...how about doing one or two up and down several times during the day. this will build strenght in you legs...for when you really start walkinging. watch that sushi (i hope it was sashimi). My dietician recommend baby utensils...they really do work...cut even your smallest food into tiny pieces....

I am not a cottage cheese fan, but Krogers Lucerne vanilla yogart works well..
