Well, I upped my calories this week, but in all the wrong ways. I went off my plan, eating more crap than I should have (crackers and fries) because I was so stressed after the panic attack thing.
I've also had a cough for a week or so, and so I haven't been working out, but I think I'm feeling well enough to go.
I'm really excited about fitting into those size 16s, but I can see where the extra skin is going to be an issue. My hips (in inches) are still above 50" and I can easily fit into a size 14W shirt. In fact, the dress I bought is a size 14 and I was able to get it because it has a flared skirt.
I'm feeling bored and a bit depressed...mostly because of work and not going to the gym. I'm dreading this week. One of the women I have to work with frequently is a bit of a bully and I'm just tired of dealing with her. So, I'm going to start re-reading The Godfather (which I think has a lot of useful business advice) so I can deal with her better.
I need to go try on wedding dresses this week, and I need to find some white shoes. The ones I bought are ivory. Maybe I'll just wear the black ones...I don't know.
I think I'm going to go take a bath. I feel very excited and hopeful about shopping in the non-women's sizes and I want to go find a nice pegnoir set for the wedding night. I saw some nice ones on Macy.com and I need to go back to the store to look at them instead of trolling in the women's department.
Our doggie was also sick today. Poor doggie. She woke me up at about 4:45 and luckily I got her off the bed before she started evacuating her pooper. I haven't been sleeping well lately...6 hours a night at most. Ugh.

I hope you start to feel better soon hon! You are way too sweet to be dealing with it all at once like this. Have you tried some meditation to help relieve the stress?

Take a deep breath, relax and give yourself a break! You sound super stressed! Just remember not everything has to be taken care of at once. Pace yourself and you will be ok!
I'm sorry your puppy is sick. We've had our fair share of doggy diarrhea and kitty vomit in our house so I feel ya. I've found that for sensitive pup tummies, canned pumpkin with probiotics works really well for getting them back on track, with a slow add-in of white rice and boiled chicken. I've had to deal with it enough that this is my trick.
Hope it all calms down for you soon! Stress does not do a body good!

Doing much better - thanks for your support. It's been a while since I wrote, but things have mellowed out, thank goodness.
I have both dresses sitting here at home. I think I have decided on the longer one, my SIL is going to hem it for me and fix the straps so my new bra (size 38DDD - jesus) won't show.
Wedding stuff is coming along fine. We went to our first dance lesson this week. Pretty fun stuff. We're learning the foxtrot.
I ordered my shoes, just waiting for them to arrive. I meant to check my sewing machine this weekend to see if it still runs because I want to run up some matching pillow covers.
I also ordered my veil (birdcage) and some charms to make a photo charm for my wedding bouquet so I can have my sister with me on my wedding day.
We also made our honeymoon reservations - we got a great deal at an all inclusive resort near Puerto Vallarta (yea!) and I'm really excited about that.
I have decided that I can't let this whole thing stress me out. Yes, we are spending a lot of money but yes we will have a great wedding if I don't do anything else. Anything else I want to do now is just icing.
Very excited for the big party...can't wait.

Hair and Makeup Trials
Unfortunately, due to a screwup at the salon, they did not take place on the same day. I like the hair, but it'll look better once I've got it colored again.
Next week!
ok, I just threw in the last one for fun... yummy...

wow, I can't believe I haven't written here since before the wedding.
Well, since then...I got married. I went on my honeymoon to Puerto Vallarta. Had a blast. I worried about work and then I got laid off. I'm looking now.
I've lost another 20 pounds since the wedding. Had my 1 year blood test, but still have to go in to follow up with the doctor.
Procrastinating. Spending too much time on the computer. Feeling much less stressed, went snowboarding for the first time and hurt my knee.
Still recovering and trying to enjoy my time off, but I have perfected worrying and raised it to an art.
Looking forward to a great 2010...big changes, but good ones. Lots and lots of good ones.
Much love and peace...
