Thanks guys for all the kind words.

I figured I would update a little on my progress so far. I've lost 26 pounds so far and I'm about 4 weeks out. I've been stuck at 26 pounds for the last week. I guess my monthly womenly duties may contribute to the plateau. The only problem I'm having is that I still want to eat all the time, but my stomach limits me from doing so. My apetite has not suppressed at all. Maybe I just need to get out of the house more. The Arizona temperatures are not very friendly at this time of year so I can't really go hiking like I usually love to do.

Also, about a week and a half ago one of my male friends from Tucson was up visiting me and I thought it would be cool if we watched the sunset. Well I took us to Squaw peak and we hiked up quite a bit to watch. Well I lost my breath completely and actually passed out up there. That experience has scarred me from wanting to exercise again I guess I'll just stick to swimming....

Does anyone know if it's normal to feel like you are eating too much when in actuality you are not?? I feel like I'm ALWAYS eating and drinking..

Just an update on my progress so far. Things have changed a ton since I got the surgery. I'm feeling so good about my self already and people are really noticing it. The guys are noticing also I'm back into my size 18 non-strech jeans which makes me happy so far. Pre-surgery I was squeezing into 20 strech from old navy and I felt horrible.

I finally feel beautiful for once and it's only getting better day by day.

Jen,
That was a nice testimony. It is good to hear about your success and it will be nice to see the results as they come. Keep up the good work.

Thanks! I'll keep ya updated.

I find it funny as anything that one of my ex-friends is following me to this site, reading my posts, and threatening to post on the Toyota Celica forums about it. In a way it's somewhat flattering that he would actually follow me here and it's kinda stupid.
Anyway, it's lame.

On the good note, I'm down 4 pants sizes, woohoo!

Let them come, the more the merrier, nothing to be ashamed of whatsoever. I don't know about you, but having the gastric bypass saved my life, and made me whole again. I cannot see where that could possibly be wrong, cheating, or shameful. When he sees you in that dress, he can eat his heart out. And when he sees that dress fall off you, he can pick up his tongue.

Don't worry about anything. Just keep up the good work on your program. You are on your way to a new life, even better than what it is now.

Just an update. I've been seeing this guy from my school and things are really starting to take off. It's so great!!!! He is such a sweetheart and thinks I am beautiful as is. We are not officially dating yet, but I think that will change in the near future as we had our first kiss tonight.

Eeeee!! I'm so excited to be back in the dating pool. And he is a guy that I really liked too
