From what I've read, homemade protein shakes should be consumed fairly quickly after mixing. Not that it'll go bad, but the protein will degrade, the quality isn't as good and absorption abilities are reduced.

That makes a lot of sense! Bottom line... They taste gross if they sit for too long!

Spiritein protein drinks are pretty good too. When i couldnt tolerate any others this one helped me through. The simply natural you can add splenda to your taste. I think the others taste better right now. Good luck
