I had my 6 week check up today. All is well. I got my chops busted about not excercising. They said I had about 12-18 months where I could constantly loose weight after that it drops off significantly. I knew that but hearing it made it sink in. So, I hope to start walking 3-4 times a week. I don't have to go back until Sept. Weighed in today at 263.

On Paper I only need about 52 lbs until my surgeons goal. My goal is to be under 200. Even if it's 199. Thanks again everybody.

BTW- The support group I am starting meets tomorrow night for the first. Time I expect 5-7 people. It's going to be an informal meeting. Just meet/greet, but I'm excited. I know I could use a support groups and I'm sure others feel the same way. I believe this is going to be a big step in my journey.

Sounds like everything is fallin into place. Yes exercise will help to increase your loss and it helps witht he heart and keeping it healthy. NO excuses now my friend get out there and exercise....... Let me know how the meeting went and keep up the great job. I for one am proud of you, I know that lovely wife of yours is too........

Today is my 2 month anniversary. I'm down from 317 to 255. 62 lbs. gone. It's a great feeling. I'm thankful for my support people I have around me. You guys are a huge part of my weight loss. I have a few close friends that celebrate my victories and give me stiff kicks in the rear when I need it. Thanks everyone!

Holy Crap are you doing great!

In 14 weeks I've only lost 54 lbs! Wow, what is your secret!. I'm 6'2 how tall are you? Also I'm excercising almost every day at least a 1/2 hour of intense, biking, running or swimming.

All I eat is Shrimp, Tilipia, and unjury with Crystal light for the most part...

What the heck der hey is your secret?

Doesn't if feel great! why didn't I do this years ago.
