Too late. Drank one the other night when I couldn't sleep. It's not something I'll do often, but like I told the dietician when she told me no beef or pork for 6 months. Probably won't happen! Thanks anyway!

36 lbs in one month! Holy cow. I was at 39 lbs at 2 months! Man, what'd your doctor do mine didn't!

and I've been working out an hour a day! Yesterday ran 3.5 miles..and still at week 9 only down 41 lbs.

Congrats! That's awesome!

I weighed in Saturday night after getting back from mobile and was down another 9 lbs since tuesday. It was a busy week and that had something to do with it, so I know that is not normal. So far I'm down 53 lbs and sitting at 265

don't focus too much on the physc eval..it could freak you out. think of all the steps they put in front of you as necessary...to enusre you are prepared. It will happen..for me it took a whole year..almost to the date.

((((((HUGS)))))) and Congrats on loosing so much so far this is awesome. You are doing fantastic. I am so proud of you. Dont beat yourself up over the Diet Pepsi just get back on track. I know for me I cant even think of drinking a soda, I have a hard time with really anything but water. Keep up the great work and remember you are your own destiny and this journy is a course decision. You decise on what course to take.... Good Luck and take care my friend.
