Hey Bama...I am reading your story, keep posting!! I can relate. I started the pre-op diet yesterday. Protein shakes and a lean meat for dinner!! Good Luck to you.

Well tomorrow is the big day. I bought a scale today and weighed myself for the first time since starting my liquid diet. I started at 317 and today weighed in at 302. 15 lbs. More importantly i hope the liver is nice and soft and flexible.
