Babe it was very brave of you to ditch the pepsi. You will thank yourself. Even diet soda can give you a sweet tooth and might be what's making you wanna keep going back to the fridge. Set yourself up for success!!

Default God must really love you

God must REALLY love you!

85 in that short time frame!!!!!!! WOW. I'm at 5 and 3/4 months I'm at 72 lbs and have definately started to slow down in losing weight...and I don't cheat on diet, don't drink soda and don't late night graze, and work out every day,,hard. Your one of the very lucky ones..

Doesn't it feel great to have clothes that fit comfortably and feel great in your own skin? lets see some pictures before and after.

Fall arrived in NC today. Woke up to 46 degree's temp. I LOVE IT!!!! Weighed in today also, and down another 5 lbs which brings my total to 97 lbs lost. My current weight is 220. My goal is to be down to 217 by my Bday Oct. 10. However, I'm going to try to loose those 3 lbs by this thursday, Oct. 1 which would make me down 100 lbs in 5 months. AWSOME!

Today is a good day. 5 months and 20 days later I've finally reached the 100 lbs lost mark. It feels really good. I've been at a 2 week stall and I've getting to the place where all my food choices make a difference whether I loose or not. I'm getting to the place where I have to make very conscious food choices. But that's part of it. That's why all those idiots who think this is the "easy way out" get it wrong. But, today is a good day in the WLS catagory for me. Absolutely amazing!

Double Ditto to all your comments. Hence the reason I didn't share my WLS with my family or freinds as it is MUCH more work then I had anticipated.

I personally still have the metabolism of my Fat self. Every decision we make impacts our health.

Congratulate yourself. You just shed the weight of a 18 yr old hot Co-Ed!
