Default Thank goodness

Well today went in for my 6 month check with my doctor, did my 6 month blood work and THANK GOODNESS.... everything came back in normal range my blood pressure was 117/68 pulse was 56, cholesterol was 162,blood sugars 82, triglycerides and all the other level all NORMAL, and I am doing fabulous. He stated that he does not want to see me for another 6 months unless I have any issues to arise. He also stated that in another 6 mmonths if my BP is still low then we can remove the Hypertention from my file. YES!!!!! I am no longer mobidly obese or even obese just overweight. I am so excited I just want to scream from the rooftop. Now if I can break this little stad still I am at and loose the last 40 pounds I will be the most happy woman in the world to hav my life back is a miracle. I love working out, my bloodwork shows I am healthy. The only minor issue I am getting little heat rashes under the flap of abdominal skin that I have aquired. But if that is the only down fall I can live with that........ I actually love the new me.

Default Yyyeeeesssss

100 pounds finally gone forever..... I am so excited that I can not stand it.
I tried a new produst from Bariatric CHoice.com I recieved the fruit drink Lemon Razz it is terrific. I also had the chedder crisps for a quick snack while I was out running errands and YUMMMY. All of these have a geat amount of protein in them. The drink is terrific and has 15 grams of protein great for working out very refreshing, the crisps are great with 15 grams of protein. OMG I am just so excited that the scale finally moved after 3 weeks and now I am at another goal. I feel great have terrific friends in Scoman, Bama, Aviator, and Beth. I am living life agian and it is exciting. So that is my little tid bit for now.... this JOURNEY is great. 6 months out today and I would never have dreamed it would be this great.

Thanks, your story sounds similar to my own. Lifetime "chunkiness" that built up to being a fat adult. Diet after diet, even a 5 year stint in the military didn't change my body. Now, one month before my 30th birthday I'll be getting Lap RNY. Hopefully my recovery goes well like yours. 2 c-sections without much pain so I am hoping for a similar response to this surgery.

Thanks Again
Melinda

WOW down another 4 pounds this week, the weightloss has kicked in again and I am excited, last 33 pounds to go. Also got some great foods from Bariatric choice.com.... Very tasty treats and snacks for on the go all with great protein counts. I ordered the entrees for work and they are delicious. Also the fruit drinks that they have are amazing I use them when I work out and that way I am getting my protein while I am working out and that promotes lean muscle and also increases the fat burning process. SO anyone wanting to get an extra boost or having trouble finding soem foods that is the place. I have some issues here in Hawaii because we do not have alot of the foods that the main land does so this website was terrific.I am so thrilled with all my results and hope everyone else gets the great results that I have and can be as happy as Iam. Love life and live it to the fullest
