Today is a good day, having a little issue with the BM guess its nerves, I know I am not eating like I should be but with all the emotions and grief right now, it is difficult. Been helping my mom out alot with old photos and forget the time and the whole eating, I go home tomorrow, so back to work school the GYM( most importantly) and I will get back into the same routine and the sunshine. It is sooooo cold here in Utah. But I am surviving. Every day keeps getting better and better.
Weight today is still the same but I have not been drinking my water and the food intake so I knew it would not change while I was here. It will I can nto get discouraged because that will only make things harder.
All the people here on TT have been fabulous with everything from ideas to support I realy feel like I have friends here now.
Inches are coming off because finally in almost 12 years I can actually get into a XL sweat pant and they are comfortable. So I am excited to get everything back on track and get this weight off once and for all.......

I know just how you feel...literally. Damn it feels good too! So glad to hear you are doing well!!!

AV you are my "stable mate", Hope you are doing well and did not freeze while in SLC. I am home now and doing well, have to remember to stay off the scale though. I want so badly to be thin and healthy and I forget that it has only ben 2 months. You sound and I know are doing fabulous. Keep me in check my "mate".

Well yesterday I celebrated my 22 anniversayr, it was wonderful, we finally had a honeymoon( of sorts) My husband took me to one of the best resorts here on Oahu( Ko'olina resort)OMG was it beautifu. we spent hte day there. I have been a little down as I have not lost a single pound this past week.. NOT ONE!!!! UUgggghhhh. I know part is due tot he stress of loosing grams I have not exercised this week. With flying from here to Utah and back in 4 days I was a little tired mentally aphysically and emotionally. So tomorrow i will get back to it and exercise my 5 days per week. I will increase the protien and the water and see if I can nto kick start my body back into it. I just hate stepping on the scale and seeing it not budge. I have been doing so well the last 7 weeks. I can not believe it has been almost 2 months since my rebirth. In 4 days I will celebrate 2 months and ?????? pounds lost. As of last week I am down 45 pounds. No bad just wish it was a little faster. But it was not over night that I put the pounds on and it will not be over night they come off. Did my 2 month out pictures and yes you can see the pounds are shrinking my body. So I will go with that to see that I am loosing it. I will post some pictures of our weekend and others can enjoy a little.......
So as for today I will commit to trying a little harder to stick with my timed eating and increase the protien and water and exercise we will see where the journey takes me next......

Ijust have one thing to say...
"Gulp!!"
Havent been on a scale since wednesday Feb 11, and I was 265 - which is also 45 lbs down.
We will see on Wednesday when I get back home. Egad...I did eat a few bites of Creme Brulee this evening at dinner. But not the whole dish like in my former life.
Chin up Dawnelle. Life is a journey, not a destination...just like our weight loss. As long as we get there we will be fine. Speed is for the impatient. I expect to see a skinny you when we meet in Hawaii in November! I know I will be. *tugs tugs*

Feeling great..... have a bit of a cold but do not want to take anything for it. I finally broke the stale mate on the scale, and have met my first goal of loosing 50 pounds. WOOO HOOO. YES!!!!! and now the second goal another 28pound until I am in the high 100 instead of the 200. I can not wait. I am hoping to see 199 by the end of a month. Looking to loose 4 pound per week, but if I dont it will be alright, because I am on this journey, my journey and I am in control of my own journey right now. Look forward to being at 170 by May though, want to meet the century mark by then. Increased my protein and water intake and I seem to be doing alot better. With all the congestion in my chest I am finding it hard to exercise but I will push on. On a lighter side, YAH NONE of my clothes fit, they all fall off. I pur on a pair of shorts today thought they would stay up and got half way down the stair, yep they did not stay up, so had to get a belt. Thank goodness the stairs were inside not outside. hehe never thought that would ever happen. Welll lif eis good weight down 50 pound in 2 months, and I am happy. Yes finally happy again in life

Well doing alright have a pretty wicked clod and so it is hard to eat because I am just too tired. I am ok on the weight losss, wish it would come off a little quicker however. I guess I am getting impatient. I just want so badly to have this off and be able to live life to the fullest. i know I complain about this all the time. I just do not se it coming off when I look in the mirror, and now I am back to not being able to stay off the scale, God I hate the scale it just is not moving fast enough. Oh well what is a girl to do. I so want to go to the gym and work out so hard it hurts, but with all the congestion I can barely breath as it is I can not catch my reath if I work out, I am gonna try for Saturday and work really hard. I am half way to goal at this point but really want the rest of the 100 off befor emy parents get here in May, dont know if that will happen. Anywoooooo, just an update and a vent session

Dont press too hard Dawnelle
Plateaus will happen. And your still ahead of me with the weight loss - just as you should be. Mine is coming off slower now too. About 2 or 3 lbs per week. The direction is still downward! That's a good thing. You'll get there before you know it!!!
I'm with you Girl!
BTW - I uploaded some of my favorite Hawaii images (in my Profile pics) for you - took 'em myself. My favorite haunts. Can't wait till November

Now......today, I had one of the best wow moments of my life. I finally broke down and bougth some new shorts( living in Hawaii we dont wear pants and I cnat wear scrubs all the time) I have gone from a size 24-26 down to a 16-18 OMG I never thought that would ever happen again. I am down to 225 and that is another exciting place to be since I have not been at that weight for 21 years. So I am so excited that I could just scream from the roof..........
YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH HHHHHHHH
There I did it. Now 26 more pounds and I will be in One der land. Goal number 2 will be achieved...........
