Default Exciting

Exciting to know that I now need to change my ticker again and my avatar. I have lost more weight and feel great i look better now than in high school. Oh but do not think this has not been a struggle, it really has been. I had a time this past month where I thought that certain foods woul dnot hurt if I ate thenm so I had a little then I craved them miserably and for a week or 10 days I did not at like I was supposed to. However then I refocused and set my priorities and goals and did the 5 day pouch test and guess what not only did I loose 4 pounds but I also lost the craving. Now I feel I am back on track and this week have lsot another 2 pounds. I feel great and am ready to finish loosing the last 25 pounds that I need to for my goal. Yep almost there, I will succeed int his I am dedicated to me health and this weight loss. I will remember that I am important and where I have come from in the last 7 months is a long way and a place I never what to go back to. So I need to stay focused and prioritize myself and my eating habits. I need to keep my goals and the forfront of my life and my mind and know that I am the only one that can do this and I am healthy. I am almost there, I CAN DO IT. I have found a terrific website to order my protein and foods from, snacks and such. I love it bariatricchoice.com I love the food I get my cereals, my snack bars, my protein powder ( ISOPURE oragne pineapple banana), my snacks in general as they all have a tremendous amountof protein and taste great. I am at about 100-120 gr of protein, 1200 calories, and 64-100 oz water per day. I keep track of my food in my iphone and I stay in the limits that I have set in my journal, I work out a minimum of 3 days per week, and remember that healthy living is so important. I am a happier and healthier person than I ever have been. May my journey continue to give me opportunities to cherish and learn from and may my journey be a healthy long journey, as well as yours.........

I am not on here very often but THANK YOU to all of the people who read my journal and have helped me along this fabulous journey. I now only have 25 pound to go until my low goal. I have pass all my expectations of this surgery and feel like a whole new person, which I should since I have lost a whole person. I am struggling dont get me wrong. I have days where I want the carbs i want the sweets but I also know I can not have them the way I used to. I also have slowed to a crawl in weight loss, but it is alright I will get there. i have begun to work out faithfully again and change the workouts a bit, I am changing my eating as I know I need to mix a few things back into the diet. But all in all I am a much more happier person and I love my new life. This journey of life is amazing. I know I can do this I know I can loose the last 25 pounds, and I know I will. My hisband and I are closer in love and life than ever and that is a blessing in all of this. He has been an amazing support to me after he finally realized I was saving my own life. I just hope and pray I can help others as much as myself. This journey has only just began and I am ready for the rest of the challenge......................................

Since I am not on here very much but I just wanted to keep this up a little. I just wanted to update my progress. I have lost almost all of the weight that I needed to. I am down to 170 pounds and now am going to work on the ULTIMATE GOAL 150 pounds, so 20 pounds left to loose. I am loving the new journey that I have begun on. I love the fact that I can move more than I used to. I love the gym and love the way that I feel in this new body of mine. I have changed my major to a new path and feel vry good about it. I am so excited and feel that I would never have this new outlook on life if is wasnt for my surgery and keeping it in mind that my surgery and my pouch are just my tool that it is up to me to keep this going. So whoever reads this just know thta YOU are the key to your success and that the tool thta you have is only that a tool......
