first fill 24.11.08 =6.5cc

Second fill 29.01.09=1 ml

10ml band filled to 7.5 ml ....

I love my band ! 5 stone gone thats 70 pounds

Hey, congrats. I am a day before.

My biggest worry is WHO/IF anyone will REALLY see me/be around if I need them on 12/24 for my 2-week followup!

But I am presently assuring myself that they would not queue up a surgery if there was not going to be qualified staff to support it (me)!

(Of course, I also know Thanksgiving is going to be DIFFERENT this year (I will have started my 14 day pre-op diet the day before. I plan a long hike that day; rain or shine!)

I had all my pre-op done yesterday. I had to have blood work, upper GI, EKG and ultrasound. I am good to go now. I start my liquid diet this Friday and go in for surger November 17, 2008. I am so excited, but so nervous.

Sweet, HappyMom! I had all those things done, too. They wanted me to take Vitamin D for 8 weeks. I also tested positive for sleep apnea. So, I am on a CPAP machine now, too. Had to shave my goatee for that to work.
