Question Post Op ?:How do you feel after you've ate something your stomach couldnt tolerate?

I have been hearing alot about how after WLS that sometimes you cant tolerate come foods and you get sick from it. I imagine the outcome to feel like a sort of food poistening (which I've had and its horrible!)
So I wanted to know how some of you have felt when youre stomachs couldnt tolerate certain things. I know everyone is different when it comes to that but I wanted to know what the pain feels like and how do you deal with it?

I have really bad pains in my chest and just sick to my stomach. The only thing that goes through my mind is getting the food out. It always comes up on its own and within 5 minutes I feel better.

It feels to me like someone is squeezing just below my heart, very uncomfortable and I know an evacuation is needed. Most of the time it needs help, but it doesn't seem to have the volocity or even the same effect as before gbs. Mostly just a foamy, slimmy mess. But then I feel almost immediately better.

Fortunately I have never had it happen. The only thing I have had is a slight full feeling in my chest when I've had enough. This was at the beginning when I was learning how to listen to my pouch. I would feel like I was going to get burpy and knew I had had too much. Now I know how to tell before I am getting there and stop before it happens. I hope you will be fortunate like that.

I rarely get sick. The few times I have, it's extemely painful. My chest hurts like someone's twisting my isides. I usually have to just walk around to help it come up. I feel better shortly after, but sometimes I'm sore for a couple hours afterward. There was only one time when my husband almost took me to the hospital because I just kept throwing up, like 4 or 5 times. My chest was so sore for days after and I ended up with a pretty bad throat infection afterwards.

Sometimes I get chest pains when I drink water too fast. That's occasionally and I'm getting the hang of my intake at this point so that it's getting rarer and rarer.
