Yesterday was my one year "surgiversary". I thought about it all day and could not think of anything inspirational to write which has not already been written.

All I can do at this point is SHOW how much difference a year makes. What you can't see in the after picture is the complete joy that is my life right now.

I feel so blessed to have traveled this journey with my TTF friends. Thank you everyone for your inspiration, support and the friendships I made along the way.

Before: 272 pounds, Size 24 or 3X
Now: Size 6 jeans (in this picture WOO HOO), Medium top


UPDATE: 8/31/08- Imagine my surprise when I got on the scale this morning and I not only met, but exceeded my goal! Wow...does this mean I need a new goal?

Wrong!! You definately can see the joy in that after picture. You look great!! And no skin problems. huh? Awesome! I hope I don't have skin problems.

first fill 24.11.08 =6.5cc

Second fill 29.01.09=1 ml

Third fill = 1ml

Forth fill = 1/4 ml

10ml band filled to 8.45ml

I love my band ! 8 stone gone thats 112 pounds

You know what I don't get? You weigh 150 pounds and wear size 6 jeans. I weight 175 and still wear size 18-20 jeans. Of course, I'm only 5'4". Could that be it?
