Default The gym

Bloody ell !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I joined my local gym today

Every morn after the school run I plan to walk up the gym , before work !
I went for a L@@K about before I joined to make sure it wasnt full of STICK INSECTS in tight leotards n thongs

It wasnt ! there was just normal peeps in there , anyway who cares They gota L@@k at my fat ass wobbling when Im working out , I dont .. lol

Another postive step before my surgery !
Thats half a stone in a week , lots of miles walked and now Im a gym rat
