Smile Half a stone since Mon !

Well just shows u when we are focused and working hard towards our surgery :IT PAYS OFF .

Since Monday i have been walking between 6-8 miles daily and eating healthy with no crap , and Ive LOST 7 POUNDS THATS HALF A STONE .
I have to loose between 6-12 kgs before my op , so thats half a stone GONE !

Im proud of myself as Ive looked at bad food and treats and SAID : NO I DONT NEED U !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU MADE ME LIKE THIS
