Yes, yes, YES!!! I saw it as well. She looks fab.

I'm a measure'er as well. I don't even own a scale.

Girl, we all have bad days...I know I do. I made strawbery shortcake today & had a piece. Ok, you had one bad day. Pick your thinning shoulders up, go in the bathroom & smile at yourself in the mirror. You're doing great & remember that!

Ok, I wasn't going to say anything, but after your bad day, I had to comment. My scale only moves 1 pound every two weeks at the most; my co-workers watch me like a hawk and keep asking "how much have you lost now", and I am so tired of the same foods that I ate sugar free jello and cereal for lunch yesterday (and very little protein for brkfast or dinner)!!!! So, I can relate to what you're saying.

However, my co-worker keeps reminding me that she lost so slowly her PA told her she was cheating. She used Fitday and counted everything that she ate, had all her protein/water every day, but still did not lose for a month or two at a time. Thankfully, she didn't give up because by her one year anniversary she had lost 112pounds and surpassed her goal (and has kept it off two years now)!

So, don't give up, it will happen for you and I also if we JUST DON'T QUIT!

GIRL, I am so with you there. Thank God for my brother changing mine yesterday. I had ripped the whole pads off the drivers side and had grooves into the rotor forth of an inch. Still cost me 120 for the pads and rotors but at least I am not dead.

I just have to say that I feel your pain Deb. I've been at 270 for WEEKS and now I'm up to 271. Danita just keeps losing so it's frustrating to see her looking so good and losing weight and here I am...STUCK. GRRRRRR
I'm so depressed....is this thing broken?? lol

well i REALLY have to admit that my cheese it addiction (bad girl) is probably what was keeping me in a state of constant stall. i quit eating those carbs and kinda noticed a difference on the scale still 210 BUT i noticed maybe 209 so i will continue my best efforts to NOT eat crackers and such. wow i never had a clue that crackers would STOP my weight loss wow forgive me GBS tool
