Oh Deb, you know we are both in the same boat, (haha hopefully it wont sink on my end). I know it seems like a month since mine has moved too. I thought last week Tues and Wed to up my calories and try to eat more often, well that backfired majored as I gained 5 pounds. Well as of yesterday, I can't seem to keep nothing down but crackers and nuts. Even my water is gurgling up. Good news, I lost that 5 pounds, but stuck at 278 and won't move. Not even that time of the month. Anyhoo, sorry to go on about me, but hopefully we will all get through this da-n stall soon, or I will go crazy for sure. Good luck and great exercising woman!!!!

Izzy, thats weird that upping your calories made you gain. your right these stupid #'s will move again.

Well today is Monday and yesterday my mom gave me my scale back and this morning i got on it and it is down 2 pounds (in 2 weeks, oh well) i'll still take it. So i was happier this morning. I honestly dont remember when i was 212 probably back in 1993 after having my oldest daughter. Not too much interesting stuff today other then buying a new set of tires that i need. wooopie for me

well i got a call from someone today wanting to interview me for a contracts coordinator. Now right now i'm in school for RN but the pay for this job is really good! i've made a "commitment" to myself to NOT work until done with RN school around another 2 years so i'm really perplexed and i'm going to go on the interview just to "see" i hate being broke and living on the state of AZ and i know i could make probably twice as much as this but it does start out around the same as a new RN makes i'm just really itchin to go back to work and dont really know what to do so i'm going on the interview and IF they offer me the job then i'll think about it even more

and its nice to know your "wanted" in the work force i was a desired employee for my experience and i really miss that ya know

So after a quick 2 day liquid diet (well ok 1 1/2 day) i didnt loose a pound! i excersized my BUTT off too. I'm really beginning to think that that honeymoon period is over for me. i'm NOT dropping weight at all and when i goto the doctor next month for my 6months i'm going to tell him i'm NOT happy with the small amount i've lost and see what he says. I still dont see anyone else thats only lost like 50 pounds in 5 months! i'm barely loosing 5 pounds a month actually more like 2 because i stall for like 3 weeks and then 1 week i'll loose a pound or 2. maybe i need to be working out more than the 30 minutes on the treadmill? Maybe i need to do some high intensity cardio. I'm going to try it. My 15year old has this dance excersize video i'll try it with this week and hoping it'll make a difference ahhhh my life and this morning after the discouraging weigh in i told my daughter to REALLY hide the scale this time and not just to throw it under her bed (hahaa)

Sweetie, keep your chin up. You are doing amazing! Just think: it took a long time to gain all your weight and it's not going to slip off in a few months, and in the long run, I'm betting you will be happier with how toned you will be. You've come a long ways already and are so much healither then before. I'm rooting for you!

wow the audacity (spelling?) of my husband he has his name and face plastered all over that website, well i'm still a fool and check his voicemail and apparently he's been contacting like 5 different women on there in our phoenix area and they all call him back and last night he met with one of them. Yep that was on the voicemail too. I was so tempted to call these females back and let them know that he is married and constantly tries to get back with me. But you know what, i decided that i dont care if he has "women" i'm thru i told him this morning when he called saying Oh do you love me? i said of course its not easy to just fall out of love with someone but i'm thru, i told him to go ahead and start with a divorce. So i just felt like i needed to "write this down" because i dont really have girlfriends to chat with and you all are so sweet.

My 15 year old took the scale and this time REALLY hid it from me thank God now i'm focusing on just excersizing and eating well and tryin not to think of the evil that is called scale/weight/numbers etc...

He doesn't deserve you! Keep your head held high. You know you are doing the right thing, and on judgement day you will have nothing to worry about.

well once again i searched my daughters room for my scale. God she cant hide that thing at all! i just cried, i weigh the same i'm in my usual every other week stall. I see my doctor on the 13th of June and i'm going to explain how unhappy i am with my weight loss. i think at 5 months out i should be down way more than this. my loss has all but stopped to barely maybe 2-4 pounds a monthl. I'm going to see if i can see the nutritionist as well because something is wrong i should be loosing weight not stalling every frigin week! Most of my "big" clothes still fit fine which is very discouraging. Even people IRL are saying "i thought you had GB 5 months ago" i dont know what else to do

On another subject my 15 year old is being rebeling these days. Shes mad at me because she keeps breaking her cell phone charger and i refuse to spend another 20$ for a 4th one in like 2 months! Last night she left my car running on the battery while she was charging her phone but forgot to turn the car OFF when she took the phone. So the battery was running for 3 hours in the garage. Then i saw something on her myspace page and made her take it off. Man i just feel like running away some days i dont understand why the dumb scale seems to effect my everythougt.
Someone here said "when you were 250 + you never worried about what the number said, now we cant seem to get past that scale" so true
