no josephine you only need 6 credit hours to qualify for financial aid (2classes) but i was put on probationary period because i had excessive drops / withdraws from my previous classes previous semesters. i probably could have had 2 bachlors by now i've been in school since 2004! taking classes and stuff but i usually only take 2 or 3 classes during a semester so its taking forever just for an AAS but i'm now working towards my RN so i had to change up all my classes thats why its taken longer for me then yesterday i just learned that the wait list is all the way out until November 2009! darn it!

Deb... have you ever investigated whether that depo shot you get is part of the problem? Just curious.

Also.. muscle weighs more than fat, so you might just show no loss or even a slight gain due to your workouts, perhaps? Meanwhile.. you'll be losing inches galore. Have you ever measured yourself?

Silly girl.. muscle will help you burn MORE calories, even at rest.. so making muscle will only HELP you in the end..

As for the period thing... can't say I blame you for not wanting them.. I am sooo glad I don't have to deal with that mess anymore! But I have wondered for a while now, about whether that was part of your problem with slower than desired weight losses.

you know God is just alright! i have been working out 4 times a week plus swimming with my kids for about an hour every other day. And we are currenly in a revival at church. So ok i testified how God has been providing for me since my husband moved out and that i'm just blessed! Yah ok the next day i went to get an estimate for my motor mounts & shocks for my minivan thinking there is NO way it could be more than 500$ WHATEVER! it was 1025$ but because thankfully i was approved (with probation again) for Fall semester for financial aid, good ol' daddy is paying for it and i'll pay him back in September! Hallelujah.

I feel better every day now that i'm excersizing and i'm really not as worried about the #'s on the scale i'm sure they will continue to go down. I do have to confess the week after doing the 5dpt the carb craving came back with a vengence and i've been snacking on stupid cheddar cheese filled cheese crackers! darn it how do i kick this habbit? do i have to do the 5dpt again?
