wow i'm on day 2 of the 5dpt and already feelin' tighter a new pouch virgin again. hahaa! i do eat soup that has like corn in it but thats ok for me. i pray the scale gets me under 200 by Monday. I have to say that this 5dpt is working on some of my behaviors i wonder why that is? i'm not as hungry thruough the day and most of the mindless grazing ceased. Again i wonder why albeit i'm glad about that commmmon 199! i'm too close i can taste it (well in liquid form)

So glad Deborah!
It is really a case of mind over matter it seems - I can still only stick to matter alas! Well done you for persevering! Fingers crossed too!
Best wishes!
Cheers,

Deb..... I'm glad you're finding the 5DPT helpful for you in ceasing some of your bad habits.

I find I'm sitting here on the couch at my honey's house and I have an open box of Kashi at my feet. I had to put it down, cuz I realized I am munching just to munch, not because I need it.

I am putting the box away now. I need to not start bad behaviors. Shoot.. a whole bunch more stuff poured out.. (deleted as it's your thread, not mine!.. I should go over and post that stuff there... *sigh*)

Anyway.. I'm glad you are finding it helpful. I am so looking forward to <whatever> day it ends up that you hit Onderland.. maybe tomorrow.. maybe Monday.. could end up being next week.. don't fret.. you'll get there and I can't wait!

Oh Vim.. it is the yummiest cereal.. I normally mix a 1/4 to 1/3 cup of this with a container of FAGE for breakfast (or lunch or dinner for that matter!) with a touch of splenda for sweetness.

Kashi : Our food : GOLEAN Crunch!, Honey Almond Flax

Thanks Kel! Looks really yummy and good with protein too!
I suppose FAGE is some kind of yoghurt?
You certainly have a different selection of basic foods in the US!
Cheers,
Vim

Fage is a greek yogurt that is now available here... it is 130 calories with 17 grams of protein in 7 oz! Amazing stuff.
