Default re: Dumping

Our Dr. Gorospe also said, "I hope everyone of you has the worst dumping episode ever!" We laughed, but I understand what he means!!!

*hugs*

anne-just listen to you body.i find somtimes after eating more soild foods for a few days i have to eat soft stuff like applesause & yogurt for a few days.
ihad a salad at 6wks just the other day it was great!

valmommy-yes i do the protien shake every day to make up for the protien i cant eat so maybe i would be losing more hair without it.

Hi Sonja,

My hair started to thin at about 6 months and then started to come back quickly after about a year. It was hard for awhile as my hair dresser I think thought I was doing something crazy with my own scissors. I can say now that after 2 1/2 you can't even tell it was ever a problem. I was tempted to wear a hat for awhile however, opted for a short hair do! It's past my shoulders now!

In fact I can honestly say that with my eating habits now my hair and nails are better than they ever were before.

I wish you the best of luck,

Kristen

Default Hair Loss

I was loosing hair before I had surgery and was freaking out about what would happen after surgery. So I talked with my sister who works for a well known hair company, and I also talked to both of my hair stylists. I have since started on Nioxin and plan to be on it until about a year. Nioxin is a shampoo and conditioner that you use everyday. I noticed a difference right away! I was loosing handfulls of hair in the shower and then when I was blow drying myhair I noticed tons in my brush. I have also heard you NEED to get your protein in and that if you get in your protein you wont loose as much hair?

There is a clothing exchange coming up in San Marcos next weekend I believe for all in north county! Hope this will help you.
