Aww.. thanks y'all... it makes me feel so good to know you care.

We found a truck.. a penske truck but had to drive two hours to burlington to get the dang thing!

And then the two hour drive back- over the mountain, the skies turned a dark, dark grey and just opened up.. ugh. I was going to practice driving it, but DH drove it since the weather was so crappy. We've been working in the basement since we got home.

The kids and I will be leaving tomorrow hopefully by 1 pm and from that point on, unless I can figure out how to post via my cell, I'll be out of touch until after the weekend.

I love you guys so much.. if you only knew how much yor posts have made me feel.

As for my foot, it's holding out.. please send the good vibes our way that it, my back and the weather all hold out

Tomorrow I'm driving the truck to MA.. first time I've ever driving such a big vehicle, LOL.. should be an experience.

And Erik.. I'm passing the big blue ball to you, you're in charge till I get back!

Up & down day.. mostly down. Still feeling sick to my stomach.. Hubby & I are heading to spend the day with his daughter on sunday to a music festival.. hopefully, my stomach will cooperate.

Oh for heaven's sake.. how many new threads are going to be made about the drama lama's? Seriously. Pick one and freaking stick with it, but sheesh.. I'm putting this here for several reasons- mostly cuz it's MY THREAD and it has affected ME PERSONALLY.

And as far as I'm concerned, this is the last comment I will make on the matter.

I allowed the intentionally hurtful and offensive attack by a member of this group to land exactly where she wanted it to land.. it hit me right in the soft spot I still work hard to help heal after living with someone like that for 20 years. And it *is also* very hurtful that so many have jumped to her defense over this whole matter rather than holding HER ACCOUNTABLE for her actions.

Please don't try to tell me she apologized since the epitaphs hurled came after that supposed apology so I'm soooo not buying that bs whatsoever.

However, I'm refusing to allow those words to affect me anymore. That's that, as far as I'm concerned. I'm done.

On a positive note- the stomach issues I've been dealing with have helped me lose 5 lbs the last week & 1/2.

And a negative note- the dizziness has returned with a vengeance. It was very difficult for me to get through the day without tripping all over myself. We went to a county fair in NH... the cows were adorable, but got a littttle bit too close for my comfort while we were watching the ox pull. Luckily DH was able to keep me steered in the right direction! lol.

Tomorrow, we'll be going to a music thing in the afternoon/evening and then my SD will be coming and spending a few days. She seems genuinely excited about a Stepmom/daughter day on Monday, even putting it up on facebook which really makes me very very happy.

There's just too much good in life to continue with anything else.
