aye yi yi...

okay.. so we all know I'm an admitted scale whore.. I figure.. maybe I should give it a shot today..I did so well on my liquids yesterday and after gritching I did really well on my food choices.

up another 1lb to 218. I refuse to change my signature.. as it *will* go back.. but I'm just so puzzled by this situation, seriously.

Yeah, she is teaching this week (her first week of paid teaching, and she still has two more years of college! lol) so she didn't get a chance to hide it on me. Really, I know better, but after being so discouraged yesterday AM, I really worked hard on doing 'all the right things' yesterday so I thought.. maybe I could be back to where I was last week.. but NOooooOO.. *sigh*

Today, I can't seem to stay out of the bathroom, though.. I've had to go pee 7 times already!

Geof doesn't want the scale in the house.. he doesn't own one and would prefer I didn't bring mine... umm.. that's not gonna happen.

Kel, everything will get back on track, remember it takes 2-3 days for everything to catch up. Stay on track, for your food/drink guide and it will starting heading down again.

Hi Kel,

Hang on, girl! Some times stress can do more damage then food. Your body has been through a lot in the last few months, give yourself a break. It’s okay to go off track once in a while.

Take it easy,
Tonya

So, I've been working on my packing up the house.. I seriously suck at it, btw... you'd think after moving so many times growing up that I would be better at it than I am... I feel like I don't even know where to start and my ADD is really getting the better of me this week. No focus whatsoever!

Glad that my scale actually moved this week.. 13 lbs to Onederland

do you take anything for your ADD? I never found a med that didn't make me feel like a freak.. so I just sort of 'deal' with it.. but I'm up and down from my computer all day long.. I'll fold laundry, read/post.. put laundry away, read/post.. vacuum.. r/p.. cook dinner.. r/p.. so on and so on. terrible habit!

I assume that a lot of this will change once I get to VT.. LOTS of changes once I'm there and living with another adult that will actually care what I'm doing- my kids would rather I just stayed out of their way, LOL.

As for the caffiene.. I can't tolerate it at all anymore.. I know almost instantly if the clerk mixes up my drink and gives me the caf. instead of the decaf.- my pouch totally revolts over it! :-(
