Thank you so much Donald, I agree with Gods promise of rewarding the faithful, and I would appreciate your prayers, I have no doubt that those prayers will be my salvation in this time of need.

Suez, hang in there honey bunny, hopefully you will be well soon, and that you will reap the rewards of Heaven doesn't even need to be mentioned, your light shines doll, and is one of the most attractive things about you!

I am not going to pass one word from my lips to my husband in the next few days, longer if I can, eventually we will have to talk, as I will have to support my son in some way. I made sure there were alot of groceries in the house, and things that he can cook himself. He will be 13 on June 10th, I will be down there in San Diego, I doubt if I stay in Lakeside, because John might try to tear down my strength with his penis, and I don't want him to prey on my weakness, that is how he always gets to me, like last week, then blamed me cuz he hurt himself. No, I will be there for Mark's birthday, and then I will head back on home or get a hotel so I can stay a few days. I don't mind being in a hotel, in fact I like it, always makes me feel like I am on vacation, even when I work two days in a row I get a hotel, so it should be like ol home week. Maybe we can hook up at the mall for a coffee bean frappuccino! Mark loves the mall and the movies, I will probably take him there.

Is it fair for me to be upset with my son for not telling me that "dad' went to the casino? I can't help but be a little disappointed, like he is learning the lie of ommision?

Oh well, I think I could take another nap. I love you Barb, thanks!
I love you to Traci, take as many Traci days as you need. You deserve every last one of them. Enjoy your life. We were not meant to live unhappy lifes. We were meant to life in freedom and happiness with a great exspecation and a hope for the future. Laugh, rest, enjoy

Hey Traci-

This may sound really crazy but... I saw this movie last night called 'What in the #$*! Do We Know?!'. It's sort of a documentary, about quantum physics and such. Anyway, there was a snippet about a doctor in Japan that did a study on water. He had bottles of water and under each bottle he taped a message - such as "Chi of Love", "Thank You", and "I hate you and want to kill you".... he left them overnight and the next day looked at a molecule of water from each different bottle. It was amazing to see the photographs... the water molecule from the "chi of love" bottle was gorgeous, like a crystal snowflake and the "thank you" molecule was just as beautiful, whereas the the "I hate you, etc" was distorted and unattractive.

So, I'm thinking of doing an experiment of my own. I'm writing messages down, like "I love Me" "I deserve Happiness", etc and am going to put them in my pillowcase.... I'm going to become like one of those bottles of water - The ideas in that movie are really interesting - very thought provoking and opened my eyes a bit about the way we kind of defeat ourselves out of habit, from conditioning.

I'll let you know how it goes, but check it out if you can get a free moment - it'll take your mind of things for a couple hours too. You deserve happiness, each one of us do - it's just up to us to create it (that's the sucky part!).

Take care and get some rest!

Well thanks girls, I love hearing your thoughts, and words of wisdom. I can relate to your idea Meaghan, because I have been telling myself the same things lately, that I deserve better, or at least he doesn't deserve my loyalty. I believe the bottle and beauty theory. Recovery is 99% frame of mind!

Last time I spoke with John I told him I hated him, hated to hear his voice on the phone, and the thought of him actually makes me sick. I cried and begged him to get a divorce to relieve me of my misery, and since he is the one that broke all the rules, he should be the one to be the "Petitioner". Today my son told me that Dad went to the courthouse to file for divorce today, and seeking full custody of my son. I of course started making arrangements, taking off work, getting money together, figuring out where I want to stay this time, and thought, nope, not gonna do it. It is probably just a trick to get me down there, and if it isn't then it just saved me some money and a sin.

I am tired though, and feel like I could sleep a week.

Thanks for caring about me ya'll.

Traci,

You sleep a week if you need to. Don't do his sick "dance" any more. Go with your instincts and make him do the work. Mark knows you love him regardless of where he lives and John will only make Mark resent him if he continues this way. You know all this I'm sure!!! Take care and I'm so sorry you are having to deal with this mess.

The best thing I've learned from my past screwed up relationship was the No Contact Rule.... just don't be a participant or enable him to "get your goat" so to speak. Get an attorney and make him go through those channels.

Hope you feel better, at least we know that change is constant and it will be different tomorrow, I'm hoping for the better!!!

Meaghan, what a great idea! I put up positive affirmations on my mirrors too. I like the idea of the short and simple stuff of I LOVE ME. What a swell idea! Thanks for sharing.

"People will argue with you that getting what you want in life isn’t something you can learn, if you’re destined to be one of the worlds winners as opposed to one of its perpetual whiners, its because you have been born with the right talents and temperament and have a big dose of self-esteem, ambition, and good judgment." Bridget and Pat - Thanks!!!

Pat - Wasn't that the best movie!!! I may have to buy it myself. My trainer told me about it months and months ago and I finally saw it and it just struck a chord in me. You know the one doc telling about how he maps out his day... well I did that and the thing I wanted to happened HAPPENED?! Coincedence? Who knows!!!
