Roxy, when I saw you type Windy, (after I already posted), it struck a cord and I do like that. I also feel light as a feather these days.

I have court in the morning for the restraining order, wish me luck, and lets hope that John has enough love in his heart to not turn this into anything more ugly than it already is. Mark is sending email with blanks in it, and beating around the bush at cussing. Belittling his father, and really ticking me off. He acts like he is holding some kind of secret over me and his father, and like if he likes me better that day or what, but he said he still wants to come live with me on Wednesday. I am hoping the judge will send John out here to this hell hole till the end of the month so I can see the doctors. I am not feeling well at all, and I have my ulcer syptoms back, I can't imagine why.

Do you think I should take my psych evaluation in to court? It does claim I am level headed, and that she would recommend psychotherapy with my eating issues and my marital issues as well, (meaning John using sex as a weapon or a tool). I really just don't know what to do at this point. Meaghan is right, I need an Attrny but, really can't afford it now. I cannot possibly work in this state of mind, it just wouldn't be fair or safe for my patients. I am coming down in the morning with my last $291.00. After all that hard work. But you know what? I can make it all back again and probably faster because he wont be on my tail.

I'm praying for your court date tomorrow. One of my neighbors is a family law attorney. If you want his info, PM me. Please don't try to do this on your own. You need the protection of having someone who knows the system and how to get it to work for you.

No, you have blossomed into a living breathing flower is all I meant. I don't see us becoming chubettes again, and the hard work to stay alive was the hard part for me as well. My friends and family were and still do worry about my weight loss, but all are simply amazed at my results.
