^LMAO

I just reread my post but I'm not changing it. SEX QUEEN it is....(you have no idea) I've been humming the theme song and counting down the days the entire week. I've been driving my co-workers crazy.

NOW I JUST NEED A SCALE HO NUMBA!!!! lol

I just forced my way into the 180's!!! It's bordering the 190's but I weighed 3 times just to make sure before I changed my sig I don't know if I CAN go a week.

I'm having a mid-week holiday.

D needed me to watch Ash so we can once again become a two income home.

I believe I'm going to take Ash to the pool today. He needs to practice keeping his chin down before he can advance to gold jr level and my legs need sun. I'm *thinking* about going on a team builder where we will float on innertubs down the salt river. I've never been and have been told it's an Az summer tradition. I will need to find shoes to wear in the river (that is riddled with broken glass) and a large hat. My theme is sun on the body but not the face.

Fringe peeps at work are starting to notice my weight loss. It's so funny how it goes somewhat unnoticed and then all at once you get five comments in one day. I worked out a perfect reponse to the "Are YOU losing weight?" question. I simply say
"Actually, I believe that I am melting"

It leaves them laughing as I walk away without further questioning.

I am going thru extreme scale withdrawal. I need a 12 step to follow. Weigh in at curves is tomorow and I'm a bit nervous. I won't be able to duplicate the success of last month being that I weighed in almost a week late. I'm excited to get measured tho. I can feel a muscle in my upper arms and they are getting definition. I hope my waist and abs lost some inches. It was nada in those areas last month. So we will see. I might pull an AM and PM at curves today. We will see how the day goes.

I had my first cry in a dressing room today. I was near the mesa Avenue and I stopped in to scout new arrivals. I found a pair of the cutest white capris, the cuffs were accented with pearls. I grabbed a pair of 14s and the cutest navy shirt.

They zipped. They buttoned. They FIT.

I sat down on the bench and had a good cry.

I was remembering last September when I was in the same dressing room trying on clothes for a buisness trip. The 26 shirt fit but I traded it for a size 28/30. I wanted loose and flowing. I could barely squeeze into size 24 jeans.
And then, for the first time, I could see that I was smaller.

It was like seeing myself with new eyes. I came home and put on my bathing suit and still could see the difference.

What a WOW moment. What a WOW day. I am grateful.

And I *want* those capris. I'm going to wait for them to be on the sale rack tho. The great thing about being a size 14 is that you can usually always find that size on clearance. When you are a 14 you have other options...Old Navy....Target sizes no longer humiliate you...Kohls. Although all those stores, save Target, are out of my comfort zone and I wonder what I will do when I can no longer shop the Ave and Lane Bryant. The have been my go to stores for over 12 years.

I'm going to have to ask the skinny women in the family to show me how

Girl, you just go back & buy those TODAY!!! You deserve them you know...I had a sz.14 moment not so very long ago & I know your joy. So go back & buy them!!!!
BTW, we are very close in size & height...I'm just a bit older than you!

I know how you feel about shopping in different stores. I used to go to a warehouse clearance (for large sizes) place here twice a year. This time I went I asked the lady there if sz 42EU/sz 12-14USA (depending..) was the smallest they had. They go all the way up to sz 60EU/32USA. She was a normal sized lady...looks at me & says, "honey you don't need to be shopping here!" I forget I can wear normal sizes...

Now
GO BUY THOSE CAPRIS!!

^ Ok I WILL!

It doesn't take much to convince me I will have to wait until payday but that's managable.

So the big news was announced yesterday that Verizon and Alltel are merging. What a shake up in our little Alltel ecosystem

So by the end of the year I will be a Verizon rep. Or not. But I'm going to hang on until then. They pay out a retention bonus for us to stay. I guess the worse case scenario is that I would waitress at Kona Grill. I would have to convince my brother that I could do it because I've never waitressed before and I'm a bit of a clutz.

I guess today is all about really believing deep down that everything happens for a reason.

And change is not bad. I will be ok. I always am.

I'm thinking of just me.....someone has got to watch the kiddo right

I would totes hop on a plane with you. The drive isn't all that bad either. It's only 5 hours. But 45 minutes sounds better then 5 hours......Let's do this.
