So I'm home once again rather then at work.

I agreed to be corporate girl and volunteer for the 10pm-7am shift. I really should be sleeping right now, but alas it was coffee day. I'm waiting for my skinny cinnamon dolce latte to wear off. I'm gonna need another one tonight. I always order a venti cup of ice to go along with my coffee fix and I brew tea all day and pour it over the ice. I have sipped so much ice tea over the last few days I should be a honorary Bostonian despite having never entered the city.

The scale is not moving. It knows how badly I long to be in the single digits heading toward ONE-DUR-LAND. It's just not going to happen this week. In fact, it seems I have gained weight. I have yet to see 210 again. The digital readout is always somewhere between 211 and 215. I suppose I could remedy this by skipping Starbucks

Instead of being a special treat it's a my daily "just get through this" fix.

Perhaps my sisters scale will read differently. One can always hope.

And I feel I have to add a disclaimer at this time.

ok ....now look down. My sig pic??? That's Tori Amos. It almost always is her, accompanied by her lyrics, she is pure inspiration to me. And as much as I would like to claim her beauty it is not mine to claim. (but thanks to everyone who thinks/thought it was me)

Perhaps when I'm down 60 more pounds and get myself a professional weave

So I got my scale to read 209.5

And I would like to thank the "BAD HABITS" thread for providing me tips to get that digital reading.

Most likely I will be in the double digits agian when I wake up but I am editing my signature and it's staying there until I weigh in next week

My work week is done! Spring break starts MONDAY!

I plan on cleaning the house and then just vegging on Monday. Perhaps I will visit Turn Styles consignment and try on size 20 jeans. 22's are most definitly too big. The 18's too tight.

Tuesday we are heading to VEGAS BABY VEGAS

I have yet to meet the newest member of the family and I'm excited to see my lil nephew T again.

Work was a whirlwind last week. A lot of issues came up that I had been wanting to address for awhile and finally did. It's good I will have a week away. I hope by the time I return the dust will have settled. And if not, all well.

One more load of laundry and then it's onward to Vegas.

I weighed in at 206 today. I'm hoping for onderland on my three month anniversery.

I just gotta be good while in Vegas. I'm sure it won't be a problem.

Vegas is more about family then fun to me. Cannot WAIT to see my sis! It is a very much needed visit for both of us.

Have fun in Vegas. Do you gamble? Are you going to the casino? I like gambling for the first 15 minutes, then I'm over it. It's like dieting...I feel just as bad after I've gambled as I used to feel consuming 50,000 calories in one sitting. Liz LOVES it...she goes with her father about once a month. She came home with $100 last time, but they don't win often. I won over $500 one time, just spending $20, but it's not happened in years. I'd rather go to see one of the shows at the casino rather than gamble...

Be safe on your trip, find that Jacaranda tree...and post pics when you get back!

I'm baaaaaaack!

Vegas, for me, is not for fun it's for family.

I met and fell in love with my brand new nephew. It was so very hard to leave him.

I also got to snuggle with my 2 yr old nephew all night. He wandered into the guest room in the wee early hours and took my hand..."peelse" And I couldnt resist his charm. My beautiful boy whose eye color changes along with his everchanging moods and everchanging shirt color.

We did have tons o fun tho.

The adventure dome at Circus Circus is one of Ash's favorite places to be and I purchased an all day pass this time and I fit into all the rides without a problem. We also took in Treasure Island and Kahuna Bay where Ash fell in love and I got lei'd (i will post a pic later tonight)) The drinks there are HUGE and are served with dry ice bellowing from the top. We also got to see the new 9 mo old baby dolphin, named Srgt. Pepper at the Mirage.

It is now a goal of mine to check out TIDE the all nude swimming pool there. We'll see if that ever happens

On saturday my sister and all the boys indulged in a photo session at picture people and it's the first time in YEARS that I actually liked the image of me that the camera captured.

My sis....she's so strong. Alot of chaos in the house with a 2yr old and a newborn but if anyone can handle it, it's her.

A bunch of spiritual and mystical things took place after we departed.

It turns out my brother in law could see my aura and declared me an angel and then he had a dance with the devil and won.

I'm left knowing that it is all going to be alright. Whatever is suppose to happen will happen. Destiny cannot be altered when you are on the right path. (unless your name is Lily.....you DO NOT have to dance on a table)

I'm laughing out loud imagining me at the NUDE pool...I don't know if people would run because I look like a floppy bath mat with legs or because they felt sorry for me because my ass drags the ground!

I'm glad you had fun...and you're right...THIS Lily will NOT be dancing on any tables!

Things are strange right now.

I can't describe it and write it all out here, because it is on this earthly plane, simply unbelievable.

Really, it would read like a three hour episode of Charmed (from the first session)

Ostara is almost upon us. Spring equinox. The barrier between this world and our next destination thins. The veil is slightly lifted.

It is suppose to be the season of rebirth but something is terribly off kilter in the universe.
