Thumbs up Lab results
I just received a call and the my PCP faxed over my lab rults this AM. WOW WOW WOW! Everything was PERFECT! I am soooo excited!

I also worked out on Monday w/ my trainer she put me through a total body workout...it was so amazing! I am getting stronger and stronger and toned! I weighed @ the gym and we celebrated a 7lb WL since I started with her 2 weeks ago. I am so thrilled and so was my trainer...she gave be a BIG HUG and a high 5! Her boyfriend's Mom and sister had WLS about 1.5 yrs ago and she understands what I need and what I am going through. Way cool!

wow paula that sounds fabulous! i cant wait to get a trainer so you just started 2 weeks ago? man thats just what i need to whip me into gear (excersize gear that is)

I had my hubby take these pics of me this morning before we went to church. For some reason this morning I have been struggling with the mental side of the weightloss. In my head I still feel like I am 300lbs. WTH? Crazy head games I guess.

Hi Daria! Thank you and Congrats on your WLS! It seems like I was just beginning my journey only yesterday...time has flown by!

Go to the website to create your ticker and I save it as a pic to my PC and update it as the weight changes. You will have to save it each time you update and also bookmark the page once you create it so you can go back and find your ticker.

Thumbs up Personal Trainer-UPDATE
WOW...So the past 5 weeks I have been working each week with my trainer. She took my weight, inches, BMI and Body Fat %.

Well....after just 5 weeks I am THRILLED with my results.

I have lost:
2.25" off my shoulders
2.25" off my chest
1.75" off my waist
2" off my hips
1.5" off my thigh
1 " off my arm

TOTAL 12.25" YIPPIE!!! I am toning up!

Weight down 7 lbs

Body Fat % down 1.5%
BMI down 1.1%


LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!
