Thumbs up The Long Road...

This is it. Tomorrow's the day that I hope changes everything. I have had a pretty good week working up to tomorrow's surgery, including trying all sorts of protein powders and the Optisource vitamins. I really like the chocolate "Designer Whey" mixed with vanilla yogurt (low fat, low carb), and I love the New Whey protein vials mixed with Crystal Light, though I buy the WalMart and Target brand drink mixes and just call it all Crystal Light. I hope my tastes don't change too drastically, I've been feeling this week that I CAN do this. I'm just nervous about tomorrow.

I look forward to coming back and writing about my experience in a few days. I can't even begin to tell you what a comfort it's been to be able to see all of your experiences and triumphs since I joined the forum. I appreciate all of your contributions, and look forward to seeing you on the Loser side in a few short days.

I raise a glass (with protein infused Crystal Light!) to you all for your bravery. I know it will carry me through this new road I begin in the morning.

-Mike

Smile Good Luck Mike

I will say a little prayer for you today when I go to church mike, to make sure you get through the op well and saty well after.

I hope you feel as good as I do after it, it is like at last you have some form of help to control the hunger monster and then results will happen.

take care Mike

love Dianne
