Actually...the shock at losing the weight is precisely because I HAVEN'T really done the right things this week. I had a burrito from Taco Bell...which took me all day to eat, I might add. My diet has basically been Baked Pita Chips, Cheese, Oatmeal, and Protein Bars. I'm having shrimp and soup today though at our meet and greet. I don't know if I would call this week's diet bad or good, well, it's not been bad, bad--it could have been better. There were a couple of days where I felt like I had eaten everything in the house, and others where I just didn't eat much at all. Is this maintenance? If it is, I can TOTALLY deal with it for life. Perhaps all the hard work has finally led to an "easier to deal" place...???

Love ya, Donna!

-Mike
Mike, I totally agree with Donna...

And I do think that you are in that place where you are balancing well.

You described your mode of eating exactly as I would describe mine. Some days I am hungrier than others, some days I don't eat much. And I am now stabilized at what I realize is my perfect weight. I couldn't imagine weighing 126 lbs (which was my original goal, and it seemed so unreachable when I made it), but now, at 106 lbs, give or take, depending on the day, I feel most comfortable, and very confident that this is where I will remain.

I do hope you keep your goal in your mind. It took me 7 months to lose the last 20 lbs, but I didn't care...I was on the right track for a lifetime (what's left!) of eating that lies ahead.

Now, introspect on that, dear friend!! You are not only loved by Donna and Michelle, but also by ME, and there is a LONNNGGG line after us!

Hugs!

When I pulled this picture up, Michelle leaned over and said, "Whoa! Did Mike get to see Madonna???!!! Lucky Bastard!!! And you can tell him I said so!!!"

(btw, lucky bastard is the highest form of praise Michelle confers!)

I'll go to your website and really blow her mind now...

We just bought an 8.1 megapixel Sony Cybershot. It's got quite a few bangs and whistles and I thought it did pretty good. The battery is good for up to 400 shots or a couple of hours of video...

I can't wait for a video of the whole show to leak. We were on the side, and I want to see things from the front!

Crappy week.

I've gained two pounds...no thanks to Jose Cuervo. I think I'm losing and gaining the same 4 pounds over and over and over. WTH?

I've also been using Benadryl as a sleep aid...does that have any long term effects?

I'm still working with the trainer, but only went to the gym once last week...paid for it on Saturday, and have been sore for two days. (The trainer says to exercise the soreness away. Yeah, right.)

The skin is really bothering me lately...mentally, not physically. I keep thinking that "if" this or that happened, then everything would be perfect, and then I think that if I fixed this or that, I'd find something else that needed to be perfected. Is this the next psychological stage? If it is, I don't like it. I'm already too analytical and think too much.

UGH. I need a therapy session with Vim&Vigour, I think!

Hang Tough Mike! You're only 5 minutes away from a miracle... actually you are a walking miracle already! You're so close to your goal... the closer you get, the more difficult it becomes...

Your signature photos staring at me as I type are mind-boggling... collar bones and all!

Hang Tough... if you do, I will!

Can I add that the bones, especially my shoulders are keeping me from sleeping on my side? There's no cushion anymore...but I wonder if I have the right to complain!?!?!?

I wrote on your Facebook wall by the way...I was so excited to see you joined!
