I love the way your mid works. You wonder...I ponder. So much of my life goes on between my ears. I have such a rich thought life that I sometimes wonder how much it effects my out of my head life...what I guess most of you call real life. LOL. You're the bestest, Mike. I appreciate the way you make me think,,,,

I checked. I'd laugh, but it's 6 hours later and I'm awake at 4:30 in the morning. Not good. I'm trying to decide if what I did was too excessive, but I drank less than the other guys that came over. That said, I could have eaten 2 whole packs of hot dogs for the amount of sulfites I consumed...which is triggering a slight asthma issue, hence me being up this early.

I'm positive I'll be going to the gym later AND I think I'm going to have a liquid day...sans alcohol...high protein. I've never been much of a drinker, and last night was good experiment in my tolerance levels, but even though I was drinking "light" and low carb--I still consumed a whopping 600 calories in liquids--not good. I must say though, that my total liquids yesterday were pushing the 150 ounce mark--60 being alcohol.

I'm back to spelling correctly, now, Vim.
