What a great post, on this, your birthday eve. Very uplifting! I especially love the "50 minutes on the elliptical". It's been awesome watching your progress on that. What did you start with, something like 15 minutes? Very cool.

Got any fun plans for tomorrow?

More like 2 minutes!

Family is getting together tonight...and we're having pizza. (Thin crust...) The rest of the them are having a cake I'll be looking at but not having any of. (Which is fine...even before the surgery, I wasn't much of a cake fan. I HATE frosting! Weird, huh?)

Otherwise, I'm working today, but I'm wearing new clothes and I must say, I look pretty good today...well, pretty good for 37!!!!

You're looking more than pretty good Mike.

Another thing you need to add to your list is that you look 10+ years younger.

Default Maybe Im crazy...

So I looked all through to find the new post and found your list...Ive pretty much missed this thread but couldnt miss it today. I have to tell you, maybe Im silly but that list made me cry a bit...It's an amazing process and Im so happy to be sharing in it with all of you. It gets me going when I read something like this because, well, I guess we are all kind of feeling this way. Accomplishments...Eliptical 50 mins! WOOOO HOOO! I moved into these apartments for the weight room, we have two here, have not been on them, and I was just thinking with being able to bike ride now and roller skate, I prob could put in some time down there. Also, my DH and I were just discussing the, being checked out. Twice yesterday for you! It feel good doesnt it. My DH always teases me that Im probably getting hit on all day, and Im not. I catch eyes, but not direct attempts. He told me last night..."go ahead and take that ring of for a day and see what happens." He is silly! You are an amazing person, Happy Birthday to you! Hey your a Leo like me arn't you, well barely making the cusp? No surprise you are so outgoing, typical Leo trait.

Default Sticky and Sweet

My wife shocked the ever living crap out of me by giving me tickets to see MADONNA in October! I'm really excited...being a child of the 80's and all! I tried to go and see her in 1990, but with a .9 grade point average my first year of college (also my blood alcohol level) I had to attend summer school and missed out.

We are making a weekend of it and the grandparents are keeping Lily! I. CAN'T. WAIT.
