Thanks Vim, and Sharon--no it doesn't make me burp! I get the hiccups though, still if I get a little too much in the pouch!

I've been eating a lot of watermelon - I got a yellow flesh one the other day. It doesn't appear to have any 'moving' effect on me though.

I love fresh in general but I have to limit it to just a couple of pieces a day or I don't get my calories in.

Default VIAGRA effects!

Just heard on :LIVE with REGIS & KELLY" that watermelon has an effect on blood vessels similar to those of Viagra... so take the baby to Grandma's and enjoy the after effects! LOL

I thought my father in law was making that up!

Anyways...it seems to be working...perhaps they'll be another cybergrandchild for you soon?

Mikey - congrats on the new job - although I got to tell you in person before I left Congrats also on the effects of watermelon

You have lost so much so fast, hon. Give you brain time to catch up with your ever shrinking bod...it will happen. And remember the story I told in another post that when my collarbones finally decided to make an appearance? I thought the bones that stuck up from my shoulder was some sort of symetrical shoulder cancer or something - you are normal An we all love you!

Congrats on the new job!!!

You should give it all up and be a writer. I'd buy your books You make me laugh.

And I totally belong to your club. I just went and asked my sweetie if he thinks I should see the dr about this spot on my face cause I'm just positive it's cancer. He laughed at me and told me it's a zit. That's rediculous. I don't get zits, and zits don't hurt, so I must be dying of face cancer. Woe is me. I need a hypochondriac club member # for my siggie. *giggles*

I was just sitting here pulling at the loose skin on my belly. I think if I concentrated hard enough, I could pull it right over my head.

I ate six steamed dumplings tonight. (They were about 2 1/2 inches long by an inch wide) We also order chicken and broccoli and lo mein but I couldn't eat it. The dumplings weighed about 10 oz. total by themselves and they were REALLY good, but I felt guilty and the pouch was grumbling with rejection noises.

I have had a pretty carby week: watermelon, SF ice cream, crackers, pasta.

I've gotta get back down to business...I was showing a pound up this morning, which pissed me off...but then I remembered cracker time from yesterday. It's no wonder (rolling eyes) but I made a conscious decision and now I'm paying for it. Except for the dumplings, today was a little better.

I went out tonight and stocked up on cottage cheese and protein bars...I'm sticking to it tomorrow! (I'll probably still poke at my fat roll though)

-Mike
