Nothing embarassing about that Mike!

However, maybe Speedo's might allow us to critique your derriere more closely...

Honey, if I could get all that ass in Speedos without it spilling out the sides--I would certainly post up!

Thank god I took my cough medicine. I can laugh now. I'm "high as a kite" but not coughing.
Those are some hot buns baby~ I now have a picture saved on my puter labeled "Mikes ass". Gotta print for the fridge.

As always Mike's posts make me giggle on the inside and the outside. Not to mention I've now got My Humps stuck in my head (the Alanis version )

To paraphrase Jerry Maguire: Don't... ever... stop... POSTING!

I will admit...the sugar alcohols gear up my gas machine. I just walked in the door from the gym where I had quite the gaseous elliptical experience. If it gets much worse, I'm sure NY state is going to start requiring that I get emissions testing done and wear a hazardous warning label. I even went off to the side away from other people, but they have these giant fans, and, well, let's just say everybody was marinating in a little bit of me. Thank God they aren't noisy--it's harder to pin down the culprit!

Blue Bunny is so yummy!!! The sugar free strawberry is so good, but it is not FF. I have the FF SF Brownie sundae now. Walmart had it on sale for like 2.98! I had to stock up!

Per half cup, it's got 3 sugars, (8 sugar alcohols--which don't bother me until they get up into the teens per serving...), 6g fat, 130 calories, 2g fiber and 4g of protein!

It is as creamy as the real stuff, and tastes exactly the way ice cream is supposed to taste. OMG, it was DELICIOUS!

If you're interested, here's a coupon from their website!

Also, I had two little WOW's today:

1. We went to see Prince Caspian. It was pretty good...the first one was better, but we enjoyed it. The MAJOR thing that happened at the movies was that I didn't touch the sides of the seat when I sat down! Holy Crap, it was awesome! I also snuck in Crystal Light and 94% fat free microwave popcorn. I had Liz bring her big purse! I can't wait until Wednesday...a guy I work with and I are going to see Indiana Jones at Midnight. I'm trying to talk him into taking a purse.

2. I'm sitting here on the computer right now in size 42 jeans. I had the 40's on yesterday walking around and I think I lost a testicle when I sat down in them. (One down, one to go, Duckie Michelle--I still have tires, though!) I could get them closed, but they are SO not public ready. The 42's on the other hand, are a perfect fit. Sure, as my weight goes down I'm getting a little worried about this gravity laden skin/fat roll that's left behind, but I've not been in 42's since like 1989-1990. I still can't believe all this is real!

I was close to 60 in the waist before and wearing 5X shirts. As of today, I'm comfortably in the 42's and wearing L or XL shirts. I can't even tell you how awesome it is to walk into WalMart and buy a shirt and a pair of jeans for under $20. The same thing at the Big and Tall store would be $100.

Woo Hoo!

New comparison photo--taken today!

Down to 244 pounds, 42 waist pants (down from 60!), L/XL shirts (even considered a medium at Wal-Mart today that was cut big!).

Future? Plastic surgery-definitely! 220 by the end of July? Gonna make it happen! Under 200 by my year anniversary? Gonna try!
