Well, I am going back to work tomorrow. I am so tired of being home, but I hope I will be okay at work. I am sure I will be coming home to take a nap!!

Well today went okay. The kids were so happy to see me!!! They missed me.. or so they say! They missed their social skills groups! LOL Too cute.. I also have a second job.. I do therapy in homes with kids after work. I did BOTH today. ANd here is it almost 10 and I am still not sleeping. Around 11, I got so tired, but it passed. I felt good today. Felt good to get back. TOmorrow is inservice, so no kids! I will have a nice relaxing day!! I hope things continue to go smoothly.

I didn't realize you were a teacher as well! I miss my kids, and can't wait to get back to work. (How many people are saying that?) I hope my first day back goes as smoothly as yours, though it's not until the end of October. On that day, though, I'm working all day AND teaching an inservice workshop afterschool so I already know it's to be a long day. I'm glad to see that you did well with yours! Congrats.

Hey Mike, I am not a teacher. I am a school social worker in a school district. I also do home services in the evening through an agency. Need 2 jobs. Social workers get paid crap! lol The real test will be next week when it is a full week. I cheated this week by going in on Thursday and Friday was inservice!! What do you teach?

I teach Study Skills and Gifted Students. My schedule is a perpetual seizure, but I like staying busy. My office/classroom/closet is beside our school social worker. I do a lot of inclusion of needy kids into my classes and she sometimes facilitates that.

I love football myself! Cowboys off to a good start.

We are driving to Missouri to visit family this weekend. (Currently in the car as I type...I love my wireless internet aircard, makes the 8 hour drive a breeze.) Should be fun it is my mom's B-day this weekend and my little brother and his wife are meeting us to celebrate Mom. I have not seen my brother since May so looking forward to it.
