Hey Paula! Thanks for the comment! Still holding here. Maybe I was too confident that I would lose that weight before my birthday. Now, I feel like I am eating those words! Open mouth, insert foot.

But, like I said before any weight loss is a POSITIVE! I am thinking that it was coming off so easy with little work from my part. I guess I am going to have to kick my ass into gear!

Have a safe trip and hope to talk to you soon!

Congratulations Renee! Glad to see you are on the downward move again. I'm sure I will have plateaus also. It's our body readjusting itself to the new us!

I've done my 3 day liquid diet and found it wasn't as bad as I thought it might be. Some of those drinks aren't half bad - especially chocolate!

I am now waiting for insurance approval which should come some time next week. They will be scheduling surgery out in mid May sometime I'm sure as the doctor had to have major surgery and just came back to work. They said she won't be doing surgery for 8 weeks. What a bummer, but I'm so glad she's doing well.

Keep up the great work Renee - we are so proud of you.

Geez Louise Emily, you are right where I am. I did the liquids last week, and found it not so bad either, got very used to it actually.
Deb submitted me on monday to insurance. I'm hoping that surgery gets scheduled for April...that sure would be nice. I'll take the other doc with Patrick, just to get in there earlier!!! we'll see......
Off to Sports & Fitness now

They didn't tell me about using the other doctor. Hmmmmm, maybe I will ask when I get the approval back. I've already spoke to my insurance company and she said it should be no problem and I should get an answer within a week if they fax it in. I think I will call today and make sure it doesn't get lost in the shuffle in the doctor's office.

Good luck Scott!
